Dr. Sunita Chhapola Shukla earned her M.B.B.S. at KEM Hospital and her M.S. in Otorhinolaryngology at Nair Hospital, Mumbai. After establishing herself as an ENT surgeon, she pursued advanced allergy training at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School, and the Boston Food Allergy Centre. She was also trained at NYU Langone, Columbia University Medical Center, KK Women’s & Children’s Hospital Singapore, and Hospital Clinic Barcelona.
She holds the EPGDHA in Hospital Administration from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and special training in Scientific Research from Harvard University and the University of California, Berkeley.
She currently serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Annals of Otology and Neurotology, alongside her private practice at Mumbai Allergy Centre, Dadar.
In 2024, Outlook Magazine named her one of Maharashtra’s Best Doctors, ‘the Allergy Queen of India’.
